Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of Sabidoktor, the digital healthcare platform operated by Equity Healthcare Group. By creating an account, booking a consultation or otherwise using the platform, you agree to them.

Not for emergencies

Sabidoktor is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on the platform, the AI assistant or a scheduled consultation for urgent care.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are personal; do not share them or create accounts on behalf of another adult without authority.

Patients

• Consultations are provided by independent, licensed healthcare professionals, not by the platform itself.
• Give accurate health information — clinical advice depends on it.
• Fees, where they apply, are displayed before you confirm a booking.
• Missed or late-cancelled appointments may not be refundable.

Healthcare providers

• You must hold a valid licence or registration for the category you enrol under and keep it current.
• You must supply licence and supporting documents for credentialing review; listings may show a pending status until review is complete.
• You remain responsible for your own clinical decisions, records and professional obligations.
• We may suspend or remove a listing where credentials cannot be verified or where conduct puts patients at risk.

AI health assistant

The AI assistant provides general health information and triage guidance only. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a consultation with a qualified clinician. Always confirm anything important with a healthcare professional.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content, including false credentials.
• Do not use the platform to harass, defraud or endanger anyone.

Content and intellectual property

The Sabidoktor name, platform, design and content belong to Equity Healthcare Group or its licensors. Content you upload remains yours, and you grant us the permission needed to host and display it for the purpose of running the service.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. Features may change over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Equity Healthcare Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required to protect patients or comply with the law.
