• Provider details: professional category, specialty, licence number, organisation and any supporting documents uploaded during enrolment.
• Health information you choose to share: symptoms, consultation reasons, notes and messages sent to our AI assistant or to a clinician.
• Appointment records: who you booked with, the requested time, consultation mode and status.
• Recruitment data: details and CVs submitted through our careers form.
• Technical data: device, browser and usage information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and verify healthcare professionals before they are listed.
• To arrange, deliver and record consultations between patients and providers.
• To respond to enquiries, applications and support requests.
• To improve service quality, reliability and clinical safety.
• To meet legal, regulatory and professional record-keeping obligations.

Legal bases

Where required by law, we rely on your consent for health information, on the performance of our contract with you for account and booking data, on our legitimate interests for service security and improvement, and on legal obligations for records we are required to keep.

Sharing your information

We share information only where it is necessary: with the healthcare professional you book with, with service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

Access to accounts is protected by authentication, and records are restricted so that users can only reach data belonging to them or to consultations they are part of. Documents uploaded during provider enrolment and CVs submitted through careers are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Retention

We keep clinical and account records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by applicable healthcare record-keeping rules. Recruitment data is kept only as long as needed to assess your application unless you ask us to keep it on file.

Your rights
